For security reason, from 21 Feb. 2016, encryption connection “SSL3.0” will be unavailable for the Internet.
As a result, those customers who use encryption connection “SSL3.0” will become unable to access Reporter ID Issuance System.
So please confirm that your setting of the Internet is “TLS1.0”.
