Coming October 12 (JST), NACCS system is going to be replaced from 6th NACCS to 7th NACCS. Along with the transition, NACCS system and Reporter ID Issuance System are going to be under maintenance scheduled below.
The purpose of this maintenance is to make sure all the information registered in NACCS system is successfully transferred to the upgraded system.

●NACCS system
From October 11, 11:15 p.m. to October 12, 5:00 a.m., 2025, JST
*During the maintenance, all the NACCS procedures (including AFR procedures) will not be available at all because of the operations for the NACCS system upgrade.
*6th NACCS will be terminated as of October 11, 11:15 p.m., and 7th NACCS will start to be operated on October 12, 5:00 a.m. If needed, please confirm with your Service Provider regarding when they stop connecting to 6th NACCS and when they start connecting to 7th NACCS.
*If the cargo information report deadline is set during the maintenance schedule above, please note that it must be filed by the time 6th NACCS service ends (October 11, 11:15 p.m.).
●Reporter ID Issuance System
From October 7, 8:00 p.m. to October 12, 5:00 a.m., 2025, JST
*Reporter ID related procedures such as issuing a new ID, updating the information, etc., cannot be carried out during the maintenance. Please finish the process by October 7, 8:00 p.m., if application of issuance or update is needed.
*Please be informed that the URL for Reporter ID Issuance System, which will be valid after October 12, 5:00 a.m. JST, is going to be changed. NACCS Center will replace the URL for the Reporter ID Issuance System shown on AFR Website on October 12, by 5:00 a.m. JST.
Please be advised that the maintenance may finish later than expected.
